I used Photoshop to edit my images, I do not edit my images too extremely, I like to make subtle changes so the images still look believable. For example just enhancing the levels in photoshop, to make the images a little brighter to stand out more.
These are all of the images I used for my magazine. I chose them all as i thought they all suited my genre Hip-hop and my target audience woman and men aged 16-34 years old.

When editing the images of the woman (model) I adjusted the levels to make the images a bit brighter to make them stand out more.
I then used the spot healing brush to get rid of any spots and blemishes to give a flawless look to the skin.
I then cropped the image if needed to make it look more pleasing to the eye or to fit it into the polaroid effect squares on my contents page.
Finally I used an effect which makes the skin on the model look flawless, similar to airbrushing, this is the final effect which makes my images look at their best.
Even though I edited my images quite a lot, I do it very subtly so it is hard for anyone to see the editing, as this seems more real and believable.

For these images I took of the game when it was playing I just cropped them if needed and then adjusted the levels to make them slightly brighter. As these images are off a screen and aren't real people I did not do any other effect of editing for example airbrushing skin.

For these images I did the same as above of the same model with regards to editing, I adjusted the levels to make the image brighter, used the spot healing brush to get rid of spots/blemishes and air brushed the skin to make skin look flawless.
Overall I am very happy with my final images that I chose to use in my magazine, I feel they appeal to my target audience woman and men aged between 16-34 and look good for my genre Hip-hop.
